There are many traditional ways to brew coffee–drip, french press, espresso, etc.–and all of them use HEAT to get to the wonderful coffee oils inside the bean! But if you’ve got a little patience, you can brew a concentrated, but bitter-less coffee that will keep in your fridge for up to 14 days with no loss of flavor or quality. Plus, its versatile, so you’ll use it to the last drop. Depending on how you brew it, it can pack a caffeine punch! Can't take the acids in coffee? Cold brewing negates much of the acid that heat extracts, so give it a try! Columbia & Guatemala. P.S. You'll want it coarse ground ;)

Mexican Chiapas coffee is known for its complex flavor profile, round beans, and lasting body. The coffee is grown in the Sierre de Madre Chiapas region of southern Mexico, on rich volcanic soil that can contribute notes of citrus, chocolate, nuts, and lemon.
